Per the ok from my OB I can take my zyrtec, nasal spray and Singular (an asthma allergy prescription) all with no harm to the baby. Weirdly enough (as I have had to take an allergy pill everyday, sometimes 2x a day for *years* to deal with my allergies), when I was pregnant my allergies got a ton better!! So hopefully that happens to you too! I take Claritin, use a sinus rinse &amp; have a nasal spray as well.
