<description>&#60;p&#62;I make from a mix. The kind you have to add milk to, not just water.. I think I did make it from scratch before. I can't remember how it turned out! My mom has a friend that makes a hybrid version using cream cheese. Wow that was good! Guess I'm no help :-)
