That is absolutely normal. STTN at that age is the exception, it is not typical.

@NovBaby1112: Every baby is different . . . and I think sometimes the hours of sleep a night might be rounded up. It also seems like definitions of STTN vary, so just take it all with a grain of salt.

Normal. My kids still woke a lot at that age. DD now sleeps through with an occasional feed and DS still wakes 3x to eat at 6 months. We didn't and probably won't night train. Every kid is just different.

Normal. My LOs sleep is still all over the place despite strict routines and putting we down at 7-7:30!

She will randomly sleep through the night once a week. The other days she usually goes from 7:30-1, then is up every two hours after that! Ugh!!!!

It's normal! Could be a growth spurt. My LO would sttn for awhile, then stop for awhile, then do it again for awhile. It's a constant battle for most people I think.

my almost 12 week old is still waking up 3 times a night to feed....i feel like I am doing something wrong as I am seeing so many moms with LOs the same age or younger sleeping for 8+ hours a night! we have a bedtime routine and put her down around 7/7:30pm, and then she proceeds to wake at 10-11ish, 2-3ish, and then again at 5-6ish...and then sleeps until 730/8.

I am just so confused because when she was 6 weeks old she would sleep from 10pm to 4am and then again until 730! it seems like she slept longer when she had a later bedtime, but I am going back to work in a few weeks and would like to keep the earlier bedtime (plus i heard somewhere that babies sleep better and longer with an earlier bedtime). but that doesnt seem to be the case with us.

is this normal or am i the only one??? when will her sleep improve? i try to get her to eat more throughout the day, but when she is not hungry I cannot force her. when she wakes at night, she does seem hungry though, and eats a good amount from one side, so I am reluctant to let her cry or anything like that...is there anything I can do to wean her from at least 1 of those feeds??
