It was sporadic and still only happens rarely (at 36 weeks now) so I still haven't used pads. My bras are pretty thick and my nighttime shirts I don't really care if they get stained. I've been leaking a little colostrum for the past few weeks, but it's mostly been at night when I don't have a bra on in bed. I didn't think I'd need to wear breast pads this early! Did anyone else run into this? I don't remember reading about it anywhere... </p>
