I think early 2nd trimester if I was on them a lot. By the end I looked like you could pop me with a pin. I was swollen ALL OVER. This time no real swelling so far at 20 weeks. I thought maybe because it's winter? Last time I was pregnant all summer.</p> <p>Eta: And not much really helped. I believe swelling started in the first tri for me, but it was much milder than it is now in the third.</p> <p>By 28 weeks I was definitely having some full on swelling.
