I used all three depending on my outfits and what fit most comfortably as I lost weight. I liked that it had the extra bands that you could pull really tight on top of the main binder. It was a little bulky, but I could wear it with leggings and a tank top and it wasn't too noticeable. And for the price, it's was awesome. I got a medium and I am 5'9" and weighed 155 after delivery and it was really snug. Not too crazy about the price, does anyone have any other recommendations for alternatives to the Bellefit? Or other compression bands? </p>
