I was chatting with a local friend a few weeks ago and she was hoping to get concert tickets through the radio station. This past weekend an OOT friend visited my area and we had a blast catching up. She was one of my running buddies from college. I offered her the ticket in case she could come back. All signs are pointing that she can.</p> <p>Should I have offered it to my local friend? I was hesitant because my local friend is always late and I don't want to miss a sec of Queen Bey's performance. Even now my OOT friend is nit a sure thing, but I have a back up for her too. </p>
