Not washing his hands after going to the bathroom and stuff like that is obviously gross and something I'd be discussing with him (not spreading germs, modeling proper habits for LO, etc), but when you're arguing about one thing and you start bringing in other things that bother you about him...it's just not productive, all you're going to do is make it a bigger deal than it needs to be, make him more defensive and start pointing out anything you do that he thinks is gross, and then you have yourself in the middle of a huge argument about something that shouldn't have been that big of a deal. If you want to talk to him about the cleanliness thing, don't do it when you're already arguing with him.
