Symptoms doent usually start for me until 13-14 DPO. You might turn up pregnant in a couple of days, especially if you had sex around ovulation without protection, but a negative pregnancy test means no HCG. FRERs have a really low detection level (I think like 5). </p> <p>FWIW, I don't really believe pregnancy symptoms are present prior to a positive.. I think they are just regular every day symptoms that we notice and impute as potential pregnancy symptoms. Especially if you've been having them for a few days. The DH and I are still a few months from TTC, but......</p> <p>Last night I mentioned off-hand that I have had heartburn at night for the last two days (and that never happens)...He paused and said "Are you pregnant? You had heartburn at night with Ev."</p> <p>It didn't even occur to me until that moment, but now that I'm thinking about it; I've been ravenously hungry (unusual), heartburn (unusual), moody (I plead the 5th).</p> <p>I took a FRER this morning and it was negative, but based on my last period I'm probably only 5 or 6 DPO.</p> <p>I also had light pink spotting this morning (also very unusual mid cycle for me)</p> <p>Am I going crazy here??? </p>
