If the line is light, but the regular thickness it's probably real. I had a blue dye test that looked just like yours and showed in the test period and I started my period the night after I took the test. After LOTS of research, I found that if the line is narrow and grey, it's an evap. If it's blue and shows up within 2 minutes, it's positive. Mine was blue and showed up within about a minute. Since you had to apply a bunch of filters to see anything, and the FRER was stark white, I think you can be confident it was negative. Since you're 14 dpo you're likely just starting your period. The FRER eventually turned positive but I didn't have the same success that most people talk about with the FRER.
