Then Saturday I didn't feel anything, Sunday I lost my mucus plug and cramping started coming in waves.my water broke when I was walking in to the hospital at 545 am Monday morning.</p> <p>ETA- oops I didn't see when this post started. I'm no help because I cramped on and off during the day at work. I didn't think anything of them. I thought that I was dilating in anticipation of my 40 weeks appointment. I went into labor that night. I guess my advice is relax, watch tv, and see if the cramps worsen. I had lots of prodormal labor, tons of timeable cramping that just never went anywhere the whole week before I went into labor. It drove me nuts. Then I got my membranes stripped on Jan. 31 and the cramping stopped after a couple of hours, nothing on Feb. 1 but then my water broke that night and I immediately started having strong, regular contractions.
