@blackbird: I know! I usually run 3.1 miles about 4 days a week & I'm stopping to walk before I even get to 2! It's really rough.

@Alivoo01: @mrs. bird: my hormones really rough me up. I get super ragey & tired. About a week before I'm starving & then a few days before I barely eat. I get muscle aches in my legs & feet. Even some of my piercings will start to get sensitive again, even though it's been years since they've been done! It's crazy & no amount of healthy eats & working out seems to help to regulate the crazy!

I notice I'm a little more tired some days than others, but I haven't noticed a major drop in strength and I haven't correlated it to any day in my cycle. 50% less is a huge drop!

i'm a terrible sleeper and often get ~5hrs of sleep, broken up over the course of the night, but the day before AF, i can sleep for like 12hrs straight! it's like i have mono! and i get O headaches. blah. hormones fluctuations suck.

I'm always wiped out when AF arrives! I also lose my appetite the day or two before she arrives also. Which is a good indicator she's coming soon. Pre-baby, I also used to crave protein and chocolate. I'm normally not a chocolate fan, so when I'm scavenging for a chocolate chip cookie like a madwoman... lol

....that notices nearly a 50% drop in strength & endurance while working out during certain times in my cycle? Usually the first day or two of ovulation & right before AF is due I only have the ability to do about 1/2 of what's normal for me. & I get so tired wiped out easily too! Am I the only one?
