Thinking about getting my kids an Amazon Fire Kids tablet for Christmas. Should I get the 7 or 8? Looks like 8 has better resolution, storage, and battery life....but not sure if it’s super necessary. There are deals on getting two 7s. </p> <p>I have a 4 and a 2 year old. Primarily getting the tablets in anticipation of a multi week overseas trip next year. I don’t really think my 2 year old needs one, but I also don’t want to hear squabbling either! </p> <p>At this time I’m not interested in getting them an iPad.</p> <p>Thoughts? </p>
