When DS was a newborn I did two boxes a month but only opened them one at a time; if he needed to go up in a size I'd return the unopened box(es) since they have free returns. It is easy to change your subscription for both size and quantity. I get diaper pail liners every 3 months and wipes every other month (720 at a time). We have both a Costco and Sam's Club membership and I found that Amazon was cheaper.
