The item has to be sold/fulfilled by Amazon and be part of the baby department to qualify. So general health stuff like tucks probably won't count. But I just used my code today by changing my due date (discount immediately showed up - shows up 30 days before your "due date") and I believe you can continue to add to your registry after the discount is applied, and as long as what you add is eligible the discount shows up. When it becomes available, add all items you want to your cart. Then you can save items for later and it will still give you the discount up to 60 days past your due date. Which means if you add a bunch of postpartum items, others will see those items on your registry.
