I ordered a buffet style table for my LR and one of the bottom panels was splintered when it was delivered, so they sent me a new one, but since it was a huge piece of furniture, they didn't require that I return it. I once had an item that didn't get delivered to me so I called and they sent a replacement right away. The original order arrived a few days later (not sure why it had been marked delivered) and Amazon didn't have me send the duplicate back.. Maybe it's a monetary amount you spend in x amount of months? idk... but I think it's pretty sweet!
