She's pretty easy going and still only in the early stages of teething but I definitely think that she drools much less when she's wearing it regularly. I take it off for bedtime though. It's cute and even if it helps a little, seems worth it to me. I asked my cousin in law and her honest response was she wasn't sure if it did or didn't help. Given the fact that teething seemed to affect her night sleep the most I wasn't comfortable keeping it on her neck and I know she won't let me keep it on her ankle.
