DS#2 didn't have one for his first few teeth and it was bad. But, he is wearing one now and I think it has made his one year molars (that have been coming in now for MONTHS) so much better. I didn't even know the third one was coming in, until it was all the way out. Any time we take them off, we have noticed a difference. I was very skeptical when my mom bought one for my oldest, but happy to have something that seems to help.
