You just put the foot mask on, so your feet are basically soaking for like and hour, and then thats it. At first, you might think its not working because nothing happens, but then after a few days, your feet start peeling like crazy. There is also another foot mask by a different brand that also has great reviews. Not sure which one is cheaper but they work the same way.
