If you picked it up right at 4, I could see maybe fitting 2 doses in. But 3? That's basically over dosing him?! If he's sleeping, I wouldn't wake him. When I worked in a pharmacy, we usually told people to take whatever doses they could fit in that day. Ped prescribe Amoxicillin 5ml 3x daily. She gave us the rx at 4pm and told me to make sure he got all 3 doses for today before the end of the day. Well, my pharmacy just finished filling our med and it is nearly 8pm. We just gave LO dose #1. When should we give #2 &amp; #3 of the doctor said all 3 before the day is over? (She wanted us to make sure he didn't miss any so that the healing process could begin).<br /> I was think in another 3h but so he gets all 3 by 3am? Is that too close? </p>
