Right now I think I have all of DS's Christmas set (unintentionally), and DD will only be 10 months so she will get hand-me-downs wrapped up probably (and new stuff from g-parents). </p> <p>I buy ahead and then re-assess DS's readiness for certain toys... like I bought 4 magformers sets back on Prime Day, and gave him one for Christmas, one for bday, and I'm saving the other 2 for next year bc they are more advanced. I also do that a lot with books, bc it's hard to know how difficult the books are until you flip through them.</p> <p>All of DS's Easter gifts are things I pre-bought and decided to delay, or they were hand-me-downs from friends.... he doesn't know the difference!
