Bumping.

We are using the Angelcare monitor. Been having so many false alarms I'm going to have a heart attack. LO is 4 months and we are going through the 4 month sleep regression, rolling at night, and possibly teething. I'm lucky to get 2 hours of sleep before another wakeup. Adding in the alarm going off multiple times is probably going to be the death of me. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm so paranoid about SIDS and now with LO getting stuck on her face in the crib I don't want to stop using the Angelcare monitor.

We've only had false alarms a few times - and they were always when he rolled to the bottom or the far corners. Once the alarm went off, he always stirred and the alarm stopped. We're still using it, as it's only happened a handful of times. If it happened a lot, I'd probably stop using it. My DS is 7 months now, and we're hoping to use it until at least 1. That thing was expensive!!

If you use(d) an AngelCare monitor, did your LO rolling start causing false alarms? K always rolls to the sides or corners now and repeatedly sets off the alarm. The monitor is already on the highest sensitivity setting, but we also have a waterproof mattress cover AND a wool mattress topper. Not sure if those affect the monitor (like, if it is too thick) OR if it's just because she's rolling to the sides too much?

If your LO rolled a lot, did you stop using your monitor? I haven't turned it on the past couple of nights, but then I get so worried. I was hoping to use it until toddler-dom! (I read it would be good to keep them in bed/you'd know when your toddler got out of bed.)
