Could it be acid reflux? My son got diagnosed with that around that age. He used to get really upset halfway through his bottle, start crying and arching back, still hungry but didn't want to drink anymore. It got better with medication, he's 10 months now and it's completely gone.
If you want to rule out gas, you could try some of those gas drops? Or bicycle her legs to get it moving out faster?
I know it's frustrating, hope some other bees have good advice and you find out what's bothering her soon!!

So my 7 week old seems to become very annoyed/fussy about 7-8 minutes after she begins nursing and it is becoming very frustrating for both of us! I am starting to dread the next feed because she gets so angry and I want her to be happy! I have an overactive letdown, which I usually just hand express for a couple seconds prior to nursing so I don't choke/drown her and that seems to be working. But now for the past 24 hours she has been nursing for about 7-8 minutes, and then starts kicking, punching, moaning and then pops off, crying. I sit her up to burp her and she always burps and then wants more. Is it just excessive gas causing her to be uncomfortable eating? Also she gets the hiccups after almost every session because she latches and unlatches so many times. She just seems so uncomfortable during and for about 10 minutes after nursing! Help! Did anyone else experience this?
