I knew when she'd go down, she'd wake 4 hours later to feed, go down again for 3 hours, wake to feed, then be up around 5-6. </p> <p>When we hit 3 months, it literally turned into basically hour wakeups. Today at 6 months, it's still considered a good night if she does a single two hour stretch. Personally, we did CIO for falling asleep at bedtime at 3.5 months. It felt early but since nothing else was working to fall asleep, we figured may as well go with what would help going forward. That helped the night wake ups because if she woke up briefly, she could fall back asleep on her own-- though it still took a while to get the MOTN feeds back down to 1 or 2. </p> <p>C never took a paci or liked the swing, so those were non-issues. We did drop the swaddle around the same time, but I cann't remember if it was exactly then. I think that was when we went to a Halo sleep sack, with the swaddle arms around her chest and her arms out.
