They show you a smiley face the day of your LH surge. Although, make sure you get the pink ones (not the newer purple colored ones). I've read some things that the purple ones can have some errors and don't work as well. I usually purchase from Amazon, they're a bit cheaper. I've also always seen them at Target too. Mine spelled everything out for me as gave me instruction sheets.</p> <p>It depends on your doctor. Mine considered full flow before 12:00pm to be CD1. I am just curious. Another thing do OPK's work pretty good? during this? thank you ladies! this stuff is confusing! i just want to get everything right and not do anything wrong! </p>
