It would be way more fun to do appetizers and desserts than lunch! So would you do lunch (11:30-1:30) or apps and desserts (2-4)?</p> <p>Lunch would be salad, two types of pasta and garlic bread (I think soup too, I am ordering a package from a local restaurant) then a cake most likely.</p> <p>I would do mini mousse parfaits, a chocolate fountain if I can find one, two types of cookies, brownies and fruit salad. Appetizers would be cheese straws, buffalo chicken dip, a pretty cheese platter with nuts and fruits and something else most likely. (This may need tweaking, it is super heavy on cheese and chocolate...) </p>
