It’s not a high traffic area so no worries of how the paint would hold up as long as you prime it and then paint it. It's very subtle blue and I think would work nicely with your accent tile. I love bright bathrooms (white walls, white tile, farmhouse style) but we are not going to swap anything except for the paint color on the walls. Ideas for what color to use? My original thought was something similar to the small greenish accent tile.
