I would suggest reading "Taking Charge of Your Fertility". It is very helpful in recognizing what your body does, etc.

Good luck!!!!!

@Jennimac: well the first 3 days i started taking them in the morning, and they were negative, but then i started just taking them around 3pm instead cause work schedule, i took 2 test one day but was still negative so maybe i will start just taking 2 a day to make sure, i took 2 one day and it was negative as well, no i haven't, i am not really sure how to do so, i have a few emails to read from fertile friendly website courses, just been busy with work to read up on it.

I never took ovulation tests, my cm was enough for me to go by. I would suggest taking them in the morning and afternoon so you don't miss a surge. Also, make sure you are holding your pee long enough. You can have a period without ovulating. The l ing still needs to be shed. Have you tried charting your temp, cm, and ovulation tests?

@Jennimac: my cycles are usually 28-30 days, yeah i started taking ovulation test march 28th 10 days after my period and all have been negative, i am testing once a day around 3pm. so far i have taken 9 ovulation test, this is my first time trying to figure out when i ovulate though too. i guess i will see if this turns out as a full flow or not?

@BrentLee88: how long do your cycles normally last? I averaged 25-26 day cycles and usually ovulated day 10-12. I would start about 12-14 days after I ovulated. I never spotted beforehand. I would just start with a full flow.
