I was on one pump a day (40 min) when I stopped.i prob felt a little enforced for a couple of days. Then a had some Los a week or two after stopping, but I did nothing besides a little massage and they went away without a problem.

Good luck!

A couple days. When you pump tonight, try to cut it short and don't remove all the milk from your breasts. Otherwise your body might still think it has to produce that much milk. Good luck!

I had TONS of clogged ducts so I weaned slowly from the pump - took me 2 weeks!! After that I was good to go!

If you are full maybe you can hand express just a little?

I've begun to really reduce my time on the pump and for the first time in a LONG time my breasts feel full. I wouldn't say engorged but still very heavy/full. I hate it! I've already pumped this morning and won't again until about 6 tonight. I'm having flash backs to when my milk first came in and praying for no clogged duct!!!!

how long did it take your body to begin to regulate?
