Flutters around 14 weeks. Kicks around 20ish. She was almost born before DH got to feel her though. She always stopped kicking by the time he would get close enough.

I felt something right before my anatomy scan at 19.5 weeks. A week later, it was obvious it was her!

I had an AP and am small, trust me, you won't miss out on this experience! As he gets bigger you will feel him much easier. And yes, the rolling is baby...it is hard to tell what is/isn't early on :)

I started to feel occasional flutters at 16 weeks but I wasn't sure that it was LO. I'm 19 weeks now and still feeling the occasional flutter, but if I eat and then lay down right after, I can feel more definitive flutters.

I also have an anterior placenta. I felt the first flutters around 18-19 weeks, but really couldn't tell if I was just being gassy or not. I felt kicks for sure around 22 weeks. Hubs didn't feel the baby until 28 weeks though, when he was kicking often enough that Hubs could get his hand on my belly before he stopped.

I was told at our anatomy scan today (which went great--and boy baby is still a boy! haha) that I have an anterior placenta and that may be why I haven't felt any kicks yet (18 weeks). I am on the petite side, so I was hoping I would have felt something by now. If you had an anterior placenta, when did you feel movement for the first time--and was it clear that it was the baby? I've felt a few rolling sensations that COULD be baby...or gas. Also, as you got further along did kicks and movement feel stronger? Thanks!
