My DH has a real junk food addiction &amp; even he likes the food I cook. Real food IS good food. She feels I'm very strict about what my son eats but I am trying to instill healthy habits early on because my husband is very overweight. Having her really helped me make some changes I never would have made otherwise. </p> <p>This video really hits me hard &amp; terrifies me. I kind of feel like I'm the guy in the video (albeit to a lesser extent. I am neither 300 lbs nor do I have any weight related health issues. But I am overweight and if I don't change that, I probably will some day). I don't blame my parents because at some point I became an adult and I"m responsible for my own actions. But at the same time I want to do better for my daughter. I see my cousins putting pop in their babies' sippy cups and it drives me freaking nuts. I think it will exceedingly hard for me when she gets to the point where she knows what I'm eating because then I will need to start not eating anything (in front of her) that I don't want her to eat.
