It may just be a season where you need your friends more than normal- don't worry about being "that" friend! Can't do therapy right now as my husband is leaving and I have no one to watch my kiddos for all the appts. I already have to ask friends for help for my regular ob appts and I don't want to be "that" friend. I will say that I have my good days but some days are so bad that I wake up crying and am just miserable. I hardly eat and am not always as patient with my kiddos as I should be. They deserve better. She said that there were some that were safe-ish in pregnancy but there were still risks. She said she had to weigh up the risk to me &amp; baby of leaving me without against the risk to the baby of me taking them and, as I wasn't going to hurt myself or others, the risk to baby was greater. She insisted I try therapy first. </p> <p>I hope you get the help you need. Depression in pregnancy is the pits.
