I would go back in a heartbeat! The food was amazing (that's why we picked it)! I have heard great things about Excellence too. On our excursion we met a couple who stayed at the Riviera and they said it was nice, just not quite as nice as ours since it wasn't as new but I think she mentioned kids being there. I do remember her saying to get to the pool early for chairs and that they had a great pizza restaurant. We honeymooned there in 2011 and LOVED it. The food was so so but the service, view and amenities were fab. I can't say enough about how amazing our honeymoon was. The food, the atmosphere, omg just awesome! We spent hours last night looking all over at various reviews and we think we've settled on Excellence Riviera Cancun! The place looks amazing, has lots of restaurants, is adults only... basically it crosses off all our requirements. :) The price is also pretty reasonable!</p> <p>Any bees been to this resort?</p> <p>If not, did you go on a babymoon?
