I like that they have a lot of iron (27 mg!) and the taste isn't too bad. I take a separate gummy fish oil supplement and a separate calcium/vitamin D as well. The Vit D is sufficient in the Bellybar (I'm Vit D deficient though so need additional regardless) but I think it only has around 15% of your calcium recommended allowance, and of course no DHA, hence the fish oils. They don't upset my stomach as much as some, but I will say that I still try to take them with food, or just after.
