I just found out our health insurance offers a free 30 day trial of Jenny Craig, so you just pay for the cost of food instead of the membership as well. I'm considering doing it because I have 30+ lbs to lose and just feel like I need a jump start.

I have so little time/energy to devote to making healthy food choices and prepping stuff for myself, so I'm thinking this might be an easy way to get started while I get my life in order!

Have you tried Jenny Craig? What was your experience?

ETA - I currently buy lunch out every weekday, so am already spending $10 or so a day on just lunch!
