@catgirl: I've started buying Boden for myself as well! And yes to consignment shops.

@BadgerMom: hooray for resale value! I swear poshmark is my newest obsession - selling outgrown clothes and using money to buy "new" clothes.

@foodiebee: I loved Angel Dear for my babies. Bought it at bloomingdales. Have you had that brand for bigger kids?

Pehr is great stuff, super soft. Angel Dear (bought via Spearmint Love) is soo soft but not super durable. Love the designs though. Clementine has such cute things but I've never bought from there.

@Silva: @BadgerMom: @nana87: I really appreciate all the feedback, hearing from first hand experience is exactly what I was looking for.

Tea, kyte, boden, goumi, pehr, spearmint, Monica and Andy, Kate Quinn are all legit. Most are found at Nordstrom also.

No idea about their customer service because I’ve either never had an issue or bought from Nordstrom

Add childhoods clothing, Murray and Finn, wee mondine if you want some small shop or USA made items on your roster. I buy a ton of childhoods. It holds up so well and resale is amazing. I know the owner of wee mondine and she has an exceptional small shop curation.

Love love love winter water factory. Super durable— lasts through multiple kids— and soft. I actually have some of their women’s dresses too for me and get compliMents whenever I wear them. I usually wait until they have sales since it’s on the pricier side, but I also like that it’s a smaller company so willing to pay more than gap for example

I can vouch for the following:

Teacollection.com - nice cotton, holds up well, decent resale, vibrant colors/prints can fade
Oliverandrain - nice material, decent resale
Winter water factory - nice cotton, decent resale
Spearmintbaby spearmintlove.com - never tried their brand specifically but I know people really like it. They carry a lot of great higher end brands with good resale
Shopkatequinn.com - nice cotton, bamboo is super soft, decent resale

I also really like the following brands as far as quality goes: Kissy Kissy, Angel Dear, Bestaroo, Little Sleepies, Magnetic Me

Yes to Boden and Tea. I was given a sleep sack from Goumi kids and it is incredibly soft and high quality, with some clever details. I have purchased underwear for myself from Boodywear and they are my favorites and all I ever wear now.

Winter Water Factory is one of my favorite companies, we own several items from them. I try to only purchase on sale, because its quite pricey but they hold up well. They do tend to show wash wear, particularly the terry cloth material in darker colors if that bothers you. But their terry cloth button up rompers are one of my favorite items for babies. So cozy and comfortable and cute! And my daughter lived in their tank dresses this summer. They are also a really great company to support in terms of ethical production, workers rights, etc.

I like Kate Quinns prints and have owned a few items but they were never my favorite either for fit or feel of fabric.

I've followed winter water factory for a while on Instagram but never bite the bullet to buy anything.

Not to add another to your list but I DID buy underwear from Free Birdiees for my 4 year old and they are very, very nice. I am planning on buying jammies from them as soon as I figure out what we need for next season.

I also love tea collection and Boden (also love boden for me)! I try to only buy on sale or from consignment stores because I have a hard time spending that much on kid clothes. But they hold up well.

Haven’t heard of the rest, but I’m pretty basic with kid clothes.

Tea Collection is a legitimate clothing line. They are sold at nordstroms and also have their own shop in Newport Beach, probably other places too. Good quality, hand-me-down, type clothes. The sizes run big. I'm comfortable buying both new and used from this brand.

Boden is my favorite of all time. Ditto on everything I said about Tea Collection - same goes for Boden.

I have heard about leny lemons. I'm thinking cheaper quality clothes, but I don't know first hand. I've heard of Monica and Andy. I think that's better clothes and I'd trust the site.

I haven't heard of the rest.

I've been getting inundated on social media by ads for baby clothes and some of the stuff seems really cute! I started making a list, and it's crazy long. I'm wary of ordering from a random site though. Have any of you had positive or negative experiences from these companies? Quality of clothes, customer service, materials, etc?
