After my C-section, there was so much less bleeding out of my vagina that I found I didn't need Depends for nearly as long, so just went with mesh underwear + pads and it was fine. I think I used the Silhouette Depends?? They were so comfortable, discreet and not lumpy like a big pad. I only felt like I was wearing a "diaper" with the pad and mesh undies. The Depends just felt like normal underwear. The only bad thing is they are so expensive. Now that I've discovered them for postpartum, I even wear them at night for my periods b/c my flow is heavy and I tend to leak even with the biggest pad (I don't use tampons overnight). </p> <p>I've always just gotten the Target version and they were great for me both times postpartum! I still bled through and had to ask for those "puppy pads" (sorry-- that's what they remind me of) frequently.<br /> Anyone try adult diapers or Depends? Pros/cons? Recommendations? I am all ears. </p>
