I don't think I could live anywhere outside of the southwest, I'd miss my real Mexican food if I did. FI has traveled a lot (he used to drive cross country for work) and I've heard that not everywhere has good Mexican. And his Aunt came out here from Indiana and thought that our salsa and nacho cheese was too spicy. That scares me. We also do our pizza thin crust with Provel cheese. And one of the lesser-known things... the slinger. It's a diner dish that consists of eggs, hashbrowns, and a hamburger with chilli, cheese and onions on top. There's nothing better for a hangover than a slinger. lol</p> <p>We're also known for our beer.
