When I broke my screen I had to wait months for a trip I had planned &amp; was finally able to get it replaced (which they did for free btw).</p> <p>Hopefully you'll have some luck at the Verizon store?.. Who was saying you needed to pay to get it fixed, Verizon or Apple? It's a known glitch with the latest update. </p> <p>I think I had to reset my network setting on my iPhone. In fact, there's instructions on apples website on how to do this! When you press the round home button at the bottom, at the same time pressing the power button on top?
