No sign of engine replacement or anything else. I think the odometer was tampered with. It is a 2007 and was advertised as having 104,000 miles. I paid cash and (unfortunately) signed the title without looking at it too carefully. I for home and realized the title says not actual mileage. So I ran a carfax report and sure enough, the odometer read 176,000 miles last June and then 100,000 last July. I know I should've checked the carfax report before I bought the car and should've looked more carefully at the title...but...here I am. Any advice? I don't have the original ad but I do have a text message conversation where the seller confirms that the mileage is 104,000. Do I have any possibility of legal recourse? </p>
