It took 5 or so months but we did conceive after my first round of Femara. I'll be delivering our daughter in December, less than one month after my 41st birthday. </p> <p>Some things I'm noticing between being 34 and being 40? It's more painful and more exhausting. I have aches and pains I didn't have before. I also have much earlier swelling. This pregnancy took two years and two miscarriages. I started seeing an RE after the first miscarriage, at around 39.5yo. The twins are the result my fifth Clomid cycle and third IUI. I’m turning 40 in a month. We’ve used IUI with injectable meds with both of our girls (worked first try both times). I guess I’m just wondering if there’s anyone else here in my age group currently trying or planning to try. :heart: </p>
