But I should check. Our sleep situation now depends on the day. Takes a very long time and lots of bouncing. Some days this yields decent naps, some days 15-40 minute cat naps, then bedtime can either be a breeze (10 minutes of bouncing, into crib, done) or a 3 hour bounce and scream fest. I have wasted more money than I care to add up. Miracle blanket, woombie, sleep suit, a&amp;a blankets, swaddle me. He seems to like being swaddled but busts out of everything. But just now he completely flipped out about a nap without the Sleepsuit involved. So maybe it was just a coincidence and we have moved into a delightful stage where he screams like a banshee anytime he senses sleep coming. If it helps I wrote the blog post about that lifesaver with my son only to discover it wasnt that at all with my daughter. I had relied so heavily on it with my son and thought it would be my miracle again only to have my daughter hate it. I think the issue I discovered after that was that my son, at 4 now, sleeps mostly on his back. I dont know if that was because he used the suit for so long or thats how he naturally prefered to sleep but I think that helped with the suit as it kept him on his back which is how he sleeps even now. My daughter has been sleeping on her tummy since around 4 months when she started to flip herself over. The suit never allowed her to flip and I think thats her preferred sleep position as she is 99% of the time asleep on her belly even now. As soon as she is tired she flips over and I think maybe thats why the suit maybe didnt work for her ass much since it never allowed her that range of movement. I didn't think you could send it back. Our problem was the baby wanting to put his hand in his mouth but the suit didn't allow for that. For a few minutes he was fine, then utterly flipped out. Even once he was out, screamed and unconsoleable for an hour. I tried it again for a nap this morning with similar if less dramatic result. Planning to send it back, just curious if I have the only kid who hates this or if maybe I'm not doing it right. I feel like we may have waited too long between getting him in the suit and putting him in the crib.</p> <p>Anyone have a similar experience? </p>
