Me! I had a successful unmedicated induction with the help of the Bradley Method and we're planning on a home birth this time around. I needed (and LOVED) the depth of the information they provided, and was super thankful for the postpartum portion of our class. It gave my husband ways to be included and ideas to help me during the early weeks. I felt SO empowered by the class and supported by my husband. Win!

@grizz: hypnobirthing here. I don't know if Bradley is really a "thing" here. I haven't heard of anyone doing Bradley classes here. I am loving the hypnobirthing though. Bring on June :-)

Yep. Took the classes and loved them. Had a wonderful unmediated birth! I didn't use all the methods taught but I used a few and DH used lots encouraging words/touch that he learned in class that kept me going.

I really wanted to follow the Bradley method with DS but we couldn't find a class that worked for our schedule. I would like to this time around, but I think we will run into the same problem. Maybe I will get the book!!

I was! DH and I took the classes. I was able to have a natural intervention free delivery. The thing that helped me the most was the mantra "I can do anything for a minute."

I couldn't find an instructor who's class schedule worked for us, but both SO and I read the book and did some exercises.

Our birth didnt go as planned...(magnesium and ephedrine for blood pressure) and ultimately a c section. I feel that the book really helped us in the delivery. I was calm and peaceful, and mostly pain free until 9.5 cm without an epidural.

My SO was my biggest advocate...refusing pitocin and pain meds for me. I am pro Bradley method :)

Last minute we found a certified Bradley Method instructor who had a spot for us! Our previous childbirth instructor had to postpone twice so this was an answered prayer. We weren't necessarily planning on the Bradley Method but we really like the classes and materials so far! I'd say it worked out perfectly because Bradley seems to be a great fit for us.

Any other Bradley birthers? I would love to hear your experience!
