Lala had started school and we found that it made more sense for him to jump into the job market at that point with #1 transitioning to school.</p> <p>At first we found ourselves longing for the flexibility of having him at home, but we quickly found that the girls thrived on the routine that having him at work provided. </p> <p>I say go for it! With LO2 coming, I feel like I need to be able to take care of my family should anything happen to DH.</p> <p>Anybody else have similar thoughts? And working moms of 2, how do you make it work? </p>
