&#60;p&#62;I started a little late because of being sick, then going away for the weekend.  I finished level 1, day 4 of Ripped in 30 today.  I already feel better.  DH and I are also loosely following the meal plan and it seems to be helping as well.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have two more days on this level and then I'll probably start level 2 on Monday.

The hardest part for me is the squats while lifting the weights up over my head. I have to put the weights down about halfway through that part!

I plan on doing 30ds from tomorrow -may 3rd and then I'm doing ripped in 30 from may 4th- June 4th.&#60;br /&#62;
That gives me 2 months to perfect this thing! And right in time for my 25th birthday.&#60;br /&#62;
I have a goal of 5lbs buta tone of toning and general endurance &#38;amp; stamina building
