Then I used the football hold with LO. Getting her out of the way more really helped and with both my LOs I have found that they open their mouths wider with that hold.<br /> I also created my own necklace system to hold it up. Poor thing would try to nurse for hours until she would tire herself out and only end up getting an ounce. We had to do this for about a month and then she was good just BFing on her own.<br /> With my second, we only needed to use it for a day and it worked like a charm. I'd try to hold the tube flat with one hand while bringing babes's head in close with the other hand. It's super tricky and a big PITA and mostly I made DH help me get it set up.</p> <p>Also, I know some are a fan, but it didn't help my nursing relationship. So hit whichever cheek is down. LO is making progress with BFing but she's still getting frustrated. I'd like to use the SNS again, but I have such a hard time coordinating getting it in her mouth along with the nipple so that she's actually sucking on it. The YouTube video I watched said to pop it in the corner of her mouth once she's latched, but I can't get that right either. I need more hands. Also, the stupid thing leaks around the lid about half the time. I think it could really help, but I can't get it right! </p>
