<description>&#60;p&#62;@autumnlove: I have no advice, sorry! But I was a slow eater. Like, always the last one at the dinner table, the last of my friends at lunch, etc. My mom said as a baby I'd drink some milk (bf) then look around, drink some milk, look around... rinse and repeat. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I still consider myself a slow eater, but I've gotten much quicker than I used to be! DH jokes that I can eat my food cold because by the time I get done, its gone from piping hot to ice cold!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Ugh this is a problem for us too! I got a white egg timer and colored in where the two arrows meet when time is up with a red sharpie, and I set a timer for like 15 mins after the rest of us are done with dinner. He watches it as he eats. Sometimes it works... sometimes it doesn't... and sometimes he just screams when I go to get the timer.
