My cycles post partum only had a 3-4 day luteal phase, and even before that I had a defect. I was also on several other natural 'remedies', so I don't know if it was specifically the vitex that helped or if it just contributed. I bought the liquid form, and took some this morning (CD2). I only had a 5 day luteal phase last month, and 4 days the month before, so I'm hoping vitex will help that. I am still nursing my one year old once a day, but plan on stopping this weekend. Also, I have always had a short luteal phase, even before getting pregnant the first time, and have used clomid to conceive both of my babies.<br /> Any tips? Did it work for you? </p>
