I seriously can't deal with the soy in everything! And it's so unnecessary! I guess it will depend on how sensitive they are to cross-contamination...that doesn't seem to be an issue for us (for now) so I just ask a lot of questions. That cafe looks so nice (and delicious), and we'll check out Sintra... a friend of ours went to Cascais from Lisbon, but Sintra looks like it has more to "do" (like castles and things) whereas Cascais looks more like a beach town, so I'm inclined to go to Sintra.</p> <p>I don't know if you've been to Budapest before, but you should go to Ruszwurm (near Buda Castle) - amazing bakery, and strangely not touristy given its location. Most restaurants have a very limited menu for DS1 who is allergic to dairy, eggs, and peanuts. DS2 had MSPI and possibly other sensitivities. It's hard for me to trust eating outside of the house.
