We'll have a nanny and DD1 will be in part time preschool.<br /> Don't know how it will all work but I'm not afraid it won't.<br /> My mom WOHM while I was growing up with two younger siblings. She's world renowned in her field and the chair of her department at an ivy league university. We have to be in the office 40 hours but no overtime and no questions asked if we need time off. </p> <p>LO1 will head to Kindergarten when baby3 starts daycare. My oldest will be 4.5 when my third is born and all 3 will be in daycare. I ask myself everyday how we will do it. Financially we can swing it but getting out of the house everyday and getting home and trying to get everyone fed is going to be real challenging. They have spaced their kids out over like 15 years though, so no more than 3 in daycare at any given time. Our aunt lives with us so she's the primary care giver. The eldest was in preschool at age 4 and now is in kindergarten and I pay for after school care. Eventually, the second will enter full day daycare/preschool this fall and the eldest will still be in after school care. We'd love to have 3 or 4 (we have a 14 month old and another on the way this fall) but there's no way we could afford a third until DD goes to K. Without those factors, I'm sure we'd be firmly in the 2 and through camp.</p> <p>Are there any of you 3+ kids households that are full-time WOHMs? What is your childcare situation? How do you manage time and make it all work!? </p>
